Kwamena is the Founding Director of +TwoThreeThree and oversees all projects. He is an award winning, Chartered Architect, Project Manager and Educator that brings a unique combination of creative design commercial awareness and technical expertise to every project.

Throughout his career, Kwamena has worked on projects ranging from bespoke private homes to major commercial and residential developments, contributing to schemes valued from modest budgets to billion-pound investments. His experience spans leading practices including Buckley Gray Yeoman, Pilbrow & Partners, JRA and Gardiner & Theobald, giving him a deep understanding of both design excellence and project delivery.

His work is driven by a long standing interest in how Architecture shapes communities and belonging. Through his research into housing, identity and place, Kwamena explores new approaches to residential design that balance commercial viability with meaningful, people centred environments.

Alongside practice, Kwamena is a lecturer in Architecture at the Leicester School of Architecture and an active contributor to the profession. He serves on the NLA’s IDEAs Committee and was recognised as the BCO NextGen Rising Star of London and the South East. His work across practice, education and industry reflects a commitment to raising the quality of housing and creating places that enrich everyday life.
