Kwamena Beecham

Founder & Director
Kwamena is the Founding Director of +TwoThreeThree and oversees all projects. He is an award winning, Chartered Architect, Project Manager and Educator with an extensive career within the built environment.
He has a passion and expertise in developing creative proposals and pushing conventional design boundaries to create solutions that are fit for purpose and unique. Kwamena has worked in practices and companies of all sizes, such as John Robertson Architects, Pilbrow & Partners, BGY and Gardiner & Theobald. He has extensive experience working on projects with modest budgets to billion pound investments by large developers.
Kwamena is a keen advocate for change within the Design and Construction industry and is a leading voice in creating equitable spaces for all. He is a visiting lecturer in Architecture, is a member of NLA’s Diverse Leaders Steering Group and a DE&I advisor.
Kwamena is a keen family man and when he is not doting on his wife and daughters he can be found keeping active or planning his next big road trip.
